Course Description

16 hours Basic Classroom Electrical Training: Class covers electrical theory and application, requirements of current National Electrical Code and Washington State Rules and Regulations, Ohm's Law and its uses, motor and motor controls, articles of the National Electrical Code and load calculations for residential, multifamily and commercial application and "sensi-mark" test formats. A mock exam is given. RCW/WAC rules and regulations and other supplemental handouts included in cost of course. Student must attend every classs meeting to receive 16 hours of Basic Classroom Electrical Training.  Prepares students to take 01, 02, 07, or 07B exam.
