HVAC Second Year

    • First Quarter Begins September 13, 2010
    Commitment: 13 Weeks/72 Hours

    Students will learn about commercial airside systems; chimneys, vents and flues; an introduction to hydronic systems; air quality equipment; leak detection, evacuation, recovery and charging; alternating current for HVAC.

    Second Quarter Begins January 3, 2011
    Commitment: 12 Weeks/64Hours

    Students will learn about alternating basic electronics for HVAC; control circuit troubleshooting; and gas heating troubleshooting and will review green building practices.

    Third Quarter Begins March 28, 2011
    Commitment: 12 Weeks/64 Hours

    Students will learn about cooling troubleshooting; heat pumps; basic installation and maintenance practices; sheet metal duct systems; and fiberglass flexible duct systems.

    Bellevue - Mondays
