Continuing Education Refund Policy

  • Refunds for classroom courses (less $25 administrative fee) glady made if cancellation is 7 days before the class starts; no refunds made after that date. This policy is strictly enforsed.
  • No refunds will be made for online courses, except in cases where students are unable to access or complete an online course due to technical difficulties originating from the CITC website or servers. Our website is best viewed using Google Chrome.
  • If your classroom course is cancelled by CITC, you may request a full refund, or a credit to be a applied to the cost of another course.

Continuing Education Transfer Policy

  • Transfer requests for classroom courses received within one week of the class start date will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee your transfer request will be approved. Transfer requests received more than one week after the class date are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
  • Transfers between: online courses; from a classroom to online course; or from an online course to a classroom course, are subject to a $10 administrative fee. When applicable, the customer is responsible for paying any cost difference between courses.
